Questions

Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Exersio works on iPhone on its own, and with any watch or app that saves workouts to Apple Health. An Apple Watch adds guided workouts on your wrist.
Does it work with Fitbit?
Only if the workouts reach Apple Health. Fitbit doesn't save to Apple Health itself, so you'd need another app to copy them across.
Does Exersio upload to Strava or Garmin?
Not directly: Exersio has no account or server, so it doesn't connect to other services. Workouts you record in Exersio are saved to Apple Health, and you can export any workout as a GPX or TCX file to upload elsewhere.
Does it work on Android?
No. Exersio is built on Apple Health, so it's for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.
