Terms of Use
Exersio · Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms cover the Exersio app and this website. Exersio is made by Three Line Press, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom (hello@threelinepress.co.uk). By using Exersio you agree to them.
A training guide, not medical advice
Exersio, its plans, readiness score, predictions and warnings, and the plans made on this website, are general training guidance. They are not medical advice and Exersio is not a medical device. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise programme or making big changes to your diet or training, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or haven't exercised for a while. Stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You take part in any exercise at your own risk.
The app
Your licence to use the app is granted under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, alongside these terms. Where they differ, Apple's agreement applies to the licence itself.
Exersio Pro
- Exersio Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through the App Store and charged to your Apple ID.
- New subscribers can get a free trial. Any unused part of a trial ends when you subscribe.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
- We may change prices or what's included in Pro. Apple will tell you about a price rise before it applies, and you can cancel.
Your data
Your data stays on your devices and in Apple Health, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Because we don't hold it, we can't recover it for you: use Back Up App Data to keep your own copy.
Accuracy
Distances, paces, heart rate and other figures come from your devices, GPS and Apple Health, and may not be exact. Predictions and scores are estimates. We work hard to keep Exersio reliable, but it's provided "as is" and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Third-party services
Exersio works with Apple Health, Apple Maps and data from other apps and devices you connect to Health. Those services are run by others, under their own terms, and we're not responsible for them. Exersio isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Garmin, Strava or other brands mentioned.
This website
You may use this website and its plan builder for your own training. Please don't copy its content or plans for commercial use, or try to disrupt it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses, or for injury that results from exercise you choose to do. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Exersio in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date, and continuing to use Exersio means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protections of your local consumer law and can bring a claim where you live.
